From 2017 onwards, the entire vineyard is undergoing conversion to \u00ab\u00a0organic farming\u201d. A label which will formally recognize a form of production which has been in fact used on the Domaine<\/em> since its beginning.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n From the start of the Domaine<\/em> we have called on the expertise of Claude and Lydia Bourguignon to fully understand the composition of our soil.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″ css=”.vc_custom_1502107629224{padding-top: 2.5% !important;padding-right: 10% !important;padding-bottom: 2.5% !important;padding-left: 10% !important;}”][vc_column_text]Our grapes are entirely hand-harvested and our semi-buried tanks allow us to move the grapes using only gravity. This allow to not push our grapes too hardly, from harvesting to ageing.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n In our cellars, soft extractions allow for the fruit\u2019s nature to be preserved as well as its strength in flavor. As a follow-up to this approach, aging operations are only carried out in large containers. The barrel\u2019s wood emphasizes the fruit\u2019s expression without ever dominating it. The specific identity of our terroir<\/em> then meets the fruitiness of grenache, backed by Syrah and Mourv\u00e8dre.
